When submitting a form from our website or making a donation, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or other personal information. You are not required to fill out a form in order to visit our website.

• To fulfill the specific purpose of a form you submitted on our website or process a donation.
• To send an email reply. If you decide to contact us directly via email we will use that email address to send you a reply.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you fill out a form on our website.
Our website uses the HTTPS protocol (SSL) which ensures all data exchanged between you and our website is encrypted. You can recognize an encrypted connection when the lock icon is displayed in your browser’s address bar.
Any personal information which may be collected is stored in our private database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
If you decide to make a donation
Personally identifiable information and/or credit card information which you submit is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment Gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. PayPal® is our current donation gateway.
Trinity Lutheran Church does not have access to your credit card information. Therefore after a transaction, your private information (credit cards numbers, etc.) will not be stored on our server.
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its serviceprovider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and retain certain information.
Aggregate data (non-personally identifiable information) collected from cookies, will only be used for analytical purposes such as how many visitors viewed our site and how pages were accessed. For this purpose, we utilize Google Analytics and Bing Webmaster Tools.

Due to the localized nature of our website, it is not designed for residents of California.
