On January 22nd the Prayer Shawl Ministry delivered 80 hats, 416 scarves, 147 pairs of gloves and 182 pairs of socks to the Cathedral Kitchen in Camden for distribution to its guests. The Cathedral Kitchen serves about 600 homeless and low-income residents Monday-Saturday and served 348,068 meals in 2025. The members of the Prayer Shawl Ministry would like to thank the congregation for their most generous support of our annual” glove tree” collection and the very special ladies who, although not members, generously give of their time and talent in knitting and crocheting scarves, hats and baby blankets for us throughout the year.
