Trinity Lutheran Church Runnemede

Janet has been our Church Secretary since 2014 and is an integral part of the day to day operations of Trinity Lutheran Church. She is responsible for everything from banking, bulk mailings, printing bulletins to cleaning toilets, keeping track of member information, memorials, monthly Newsletters & scheduling for our various ministries, repair crews, and inspectors. She is also responsible for processing our payroll, its associated taxes and paying bills using QuickBooks. Basically, whatever is needed to keep the church running smoothly.

Janet enjoys taking photos with her ever-present Canon camera. She shares her photos with us by using them on the front covers of our monthly Newsletters and Congregational Meeting booklets. (She has been known to shout “Pull over Quick!” to her husband while taking a leisurely Sunday car ride when she sees a “cover worthy” photo opportunity.)

Janet grew up in Collingswood New Jersey and was employed by the Gloucester City Post Office where she met her husband Steve. Steve and Janet have been married (almost) 40 years and are “empty-nesters” except for Oliver- their Golden Retriever.

When not at work she enjoys antiquing, flea markets, DIY building projects, sewing and photography. But most of all Janet enjoys spending time with her family.
